Lowe's/home depot is closed on Thanksgiving.... Website for ace says several store are open. Would it be that hard to atleast post your hours online or on a phone message??
I shop here for all of my hardware needs because the employees always help me make my selection and then help me to the cashier desk and then to the car. As a disabled shopper I appreciate all of the help from the kind employees.
If I can give this ZERO star, I would. Old guy at the paint department was the worst. Rude, taking stuff out my hand, and telling me which paint I can and cannot use? Are you nuts? Then never tells me my paint is ready. He assumes I have no idea what I was talking about when it came to paint. Turns out he doesn't know anything about the product I purchased. Lucky I still end up buying from this place after he disrespected me in front of my child and woman. Never giving you guys my business again. I'll spend the extra anywhere else.

Every time I go in there and I have been there dozens of times through the years I get personalized service and a great selection. At Lowe's you get the repeating sound of "Customer needs help in hardware ..." endlessly because nobody arrives to help you. If you want one of something you can get it at Ace, not the big box. I don't have to wait in line or walk a mile to get what I want. Did I say they often greet you at the door and get you on your way quickly. Ace is the place!
