Customer service here is a joke when calling. I called 3 different times choosing 3 different departments. I arrived at the store with my cell phone ringing at the customer service dept & could hear their phones ringing. I asked them if they answer their phones & they looked at me like they had no clue & I caught them doing wrong. I got help in the dept I needed but it's pretty ridiculous I had to drive there to find out about my order!!! Not happy!!!
The people here are very nice! :) They always take care of us.
Hurricane on its way and we are in a state of emergency. No one in town including this store has propane. I find out if I can get my tank refilled at Loves gas station. I take my tank to Loves and they tell me they cannot refill it because the date on the tank must be within 10 years. At Lowes I try to buy a new tank and they have none. I asked associate if there would be any way they would let me take one of their exchanges that is in date and swap out mine so I can get it refilled. The clerk tells me that he would gladly do it but I need permission from one of the customer service representative up front of the store. I go in to ask one of the customer service representative's and she instantly says no, no compassion no empathy she Plain o doesn't care. No more money of mine will be spent at lowes, period! Thanks
We have been to three departments and have yet to get assistance from any associates. We went to the service desk to have someone sent to power tools...that was 18 minutes ago! If you need any additional help this is not the location to go to.
Poor customer service....no one appeared to be happy at work...i found ONE employee who actually stopped what he was doing, to assist me and give me info on product i was researching..kudos to him. aside from that, i wouldnt shop here...very bad customer service.thumbs down....
