My little dog Dashing is my everything in life and only want the best for him. This was our second yearly visit to the pet hospital and again could not have been happier!!! The staff and Dr Martinez were so very good to Dashing. And the icing on the cake is that they are so affordable
Good service, nice and patient people. Loved their prices and their advice. The only thing I did not like is the fact that they charged me 10$ to clip my puppy's nails and it was a 20 second job, made him bleed a little. Should be either free or better done. Other than that, no complaints. Great place for affordable care for your pet.
I’ve always had great experiences bringing my pets here. The prices are reasonable, the staff is patient and friendly, and my dogs and cats receive great treatment. When our dog was neutered, they gave us great information about the procedure and how to provide proper after care. I love that the vets aren’t pushy and don’t try to force unnecessary exams on you. My five pets will continue to be treated at Haines City Pet Hospital for all their care needs, and I highly recommend them to other pet owners as well.
They are wonderfully caring people...they did SX on My bluenose, Roxie (emergency), and they were great! Calling to check on her still! I would highly recommend them! Thank you to the Doctor and entire staff! Very friendly and helpful!
Don't advertise you are open until 6 if the doors 5 minutes early. We arrived at 556 and the door was locked. We called and asked why the doors were locked if it's not 6. Was told it was 6 because doctors were gone for the day. We will not be back to deal with this kind of treatment.
