The staff is wonderful and are great to work with. Any questions that I have were answered in a professional matter. They go above and beyond to make sure that any assistance that you need is accomplish right when you need it. The facilities is very clean. A very smooth transition from the old company to the new company. Made sure that the rates you were paying still remained and fought to not have the rates go up. If you are looking for a place to store your belongings, look no further. Great people, great service.

When we first put our stuff in storage it was called southern dunes storage we paid $80 a month. We get a call and it's new owners and they say just to let you know next month storage will be $105 I'm like can't you keep it the same price? She says no! So we now get all all stuff out I call and say can we get it pro-rated she says no you already get a discounted price when you pay for storage. I'm like that's b.s we had to pay more. They say they care about there customers don't seem like it to me!? I would of stayed if they just would of helped us out a little
Debra was so helpful and truly saved me so much stress. She was kind to my children and to me. I'm so happy to be storing with them!! I would definitely refer all my friends and family to store with them. ;D
