We ordered online, and over an hour after the pizza was cooked
(acording to the tracker). It was delivered hot but not fresh, it was no better than re-heated. No quick late dinner for us, and probably not you. Stay away!
The one who answered the phone hung up on me when I asked him whether he delivered to my development. He stuttered and stammered, then after a very long pause, all he could say was, "NO". Then I asked, which Dominoes services my development, then this ignorant dude, instead of looking that up, he simply hung up on me. I ultimately went elsewhere where service is more professional, a little higher than the The Stooges. A mind is a terrible thing to waste.
Placed an order here for delivery food came up to 20 bucks i order here regularly never had this problem ..it took two hours to get my food and it was cold i called and told the manager and i was told i would recieve a credit for my order when i called the next day to redeem my credit i was told by the store manager who seem some what annoyed that i could only recieve my food not my whole order which had included a 2 liter and then she told me i had to pay for delivery which i already paid for the day before and recieved cold food so at this point i dont want the food anymore so i told her for get it.. they most definitely lost a customer and most definitely need to work on their customer service not acceptable if you have no customer service abilities you dont need to work with customers period and these action are bad for business
MADE ME WAIT 1 HOUR. DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER CALLING.... I HAD TO CALL THEM AND ASK WHERE MY PIZZA WAS. TURNS OUT THE DRIVER GOT LOST AND MIND YOU NEVER TRIED CALLING FOR HELP... INSTEAD DROVE BACK TO THE STORE. DURING THIS TIME I WAS STILL UNAWARE OF THE SITUARION... WAITING... HUNGRY... AND I FINALLY CALLED TO ASK AND THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF SLACKERS THAT DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE.do not order from here. Your pizza will be colder that Alaskan butthole.
Never had any problem with any Dominos in the past, but this is not the first time it happens to me in this one in particular.Ordered online when the app said it was ready i gave it like 5 min to leave my house. Got there and my order was still not ready it was missing part of it by the time I got home pizza was ice cold.. lesson learned by frozen pizza is cheaper and at least u get to eat it hot.. ohh!! And I live 3 min from Dominos. Customer service sucks!! Last time here.
