My husband and I have been loyal customers for years and that is because we have always receive great service.. the manager, Tyler is always so helpful.. we had an issue with our couch and he resolved it to our satisfaction. We will not bring our business anywhere else.. we definitely would recommend Badcock to all our friends and family..
I talked to a salesman Sunday and picked out a mattress and box springs over the phone. I was told I could order this purchase without signing but I live in MY so had my son go in and sign today. I was given a price and today the price was 100.00 more. The sales man never told me the sale ended that day and wouldn't take my money via credit card. That a way to business, I don't understand. For this reason I am not happy with this store.

I went to try to purchase a living room and small dining set about it six months ago I ask a young guy he was at the register for someone to help me and he hardly look at me and told me that there were all busy and left the register so I walk away and went all the way to Ashley store in Orlando and I believed they really need some training also and more important to knoledge people.
