overall the experience was very good except for one matter. They never asked me if I was familiar with operating the car, a Ford Focus 2016 or 17. They were anxious to get me into the car and back to their office. It took me a while to figure things out.
Nice people and have went out of there way to help us out.
If I could give this place a negative stars I would give it a -3 very rude and ignorant people there. It’s all about the greed there if they don’t make a commission on a new contract they did not want to swap out vehicles when they smell like smoke from previous renter.
Also I drop off the vehicle to the Davenport location and Matt is a very nice Manager as well... Great Team... Thanks Juania Dixon
I really appreciate the customer service I receive each time I rent a vehicle. This last time was really great because some how my reservation was not in the system and I did not receive a email. So there were no vehicles available but the branch manager Bianca took care of me which was so awesome since it was my birthday weekend. I am truly thankful.
All employees were knowledgeable, and friendly. They made the experience terrific!
