Drive through super slow. Been sitting in drive through 20 minutes. Definately changing banks. Yesterday you could not even get in the line was so long.
Wish I could 0 stars! Waiting times are ridiculous! Especially on Saturday. Needs more personnel fast!
BoA - Potential account holder lost!
I went in to Bank of America, Haines City, FL to cash a check issued from a Bank of America account holder. I started in the drive-thru but was told I had to go inside the lobby to provide a fingerprint! (I have never had to provide a fingerprint to cash a check! I had already provided a valid drivers license.) Then I was told since I was not a Bank of America account holder I would be charged $8.00 to cash the check! They charge a fee for cashing their own checks! Unbelievable! The whole point of going to the bank the check was drawn on was to avoid a hassle!
I swear to God if Annie doesn't stop making that angry face at me it's going to get stuck like that. This place is horrible the pressure you into opening an account so you can cash checks hassel free stuff is horrible to work with and always have some kind of attitude I went to Wells Fargo
Horrible, slow, terrible, tellers look sad or mad you can not tell. long lines. only two tellers or one. i will change bank. Do your self a favor change bank.
